The Pacific NW Animal Nutrition Conference began in 1965. For over 55 years, the conference has been a source of research, knowledge and education to the university and industry regarding animal nutrition in the Pacific NW. The conference is held in Boise, Idaho every January.
With the efforts of a planning committee from the university and industry sects in animal nutrition and veterinary sciences, the conference strives to provide a learning atmosphere and networking to all that are interested.
The PNWANC endeavors to create a program that highlights the newest information and innovations, as well as gifting students with the opportunity to highlight their research through presentation and abstract submission. Each year three students are awarded scholarships for their efforts to provide innovative research and presentations.
