Student Sponsorship $500*
Student sponsorship provides funds to support the annual Carl Hunt Graduate Student Research Poster Competition. Sponsors will be recognized during the student award presentation, on the awards certificates, and in the conference program. Sponsor logos will be placed on webpage.
*Commit to 3 student sponsorships and receive 1 complimentary conference registration.
Speaker Sponsorship ($800-$2500)
Speaker sponsorship provides funds to support the cost and fees associated with an invited speaker’s expenses. Sponsorship includes recognition during the speaker's presentation, logo on webpage, and in the conference program. All costs and fees associated with the speaker's travel and miscellaneous expenses will be billed directly to the sponsor. *An $800 deposit is required to secure the sponsorship. The remaining expense balance will be billed to the sponsor after the conclusion of the conference.
